An hour with the gorillas, a lifetime of memories. The trek was challenging but our guide, Emma, knew exactly how to read the forest and the group's pace. When we finally sat quietly with the family of mountain gorillas, watching a juvenile playfully swing from a vine, it was utterly transcendent. This company’s commitment to conservation and respectful tourism is evident. Worth every penny and every aching muscle.
Gorilla Trekking Safari
We wanted 'active' and we got it! The chimpanzee tracking in Kibale was like being in a real-life nature documentary. The chimps were thrilling—loud, playful, and mesmerizing. But the true gem was the 'habituation experience,' where we spent half a day following a group. The company’s local partners were incredibly knowledgeable. It felt raw, authentic, and far from a canned tour. 10/10 for adventure seekers
Chimpanzee Adventure
As a solo traveler, safety and logistics are key. This company nailed it. The visit to Murchison Falls was the highlight of my Uganda trip. The boat cruise to the base of the falls is a MUST—seeing those colossal waters forced through a 7-meter gap is humbling. I saw hippos, crocodiles, and countless birds. My guide, Emmanuel, was a fantastic companion and a wealth of knowledge. I never felt alone or uncertain.
Murchison Falls Safari
Traveling with two teens can be tricky, but this trip captivated us all. The gorilla trek was a physical challenge they proudly conquered. The chimpanzees were hilarious and relatable. And Murchison Falls? The afternoon game drive where we saw a lion pride was the cherry on top. The accommodations were family-friendly and the team was flexible with our needs. A brilliant way to disconnect and bond as a family.
Group Safari
I was nervous about my first African expedition, but from the warm welcome at Entebbe, I felt in good hands. The variety was perfect: the intimacy of the gorillas, the energy of the chimps, and the grand scale of Murchison Falls with its classic safari vibes. Everything was seamless—transfers, permits, lovely lodges. Special shout-out to the team for handling a last-minute flight delay without any stress on my part. Exceptional service.
